Amiga monitor cable A-9m

23 pin female to 9 pin male "D" video cable fits many Commodore and Amiga monitors. Very good price on this Amiga cable.
Note #1: Most old Amiga RGB monitors require the 9-pin female connector on the cable so this cable will not connect to most old Amiga RGB monitors. We are not sure if a gender adapter will facilitate this cable being used on the Amiga monitors requiring the 9-pin female connector or not.

However, there were some of the old Amiga RGB monitors which did require the 9-pin male connector like this cable has.

Note #2: We recently got in several of these cables but don't have an Amiga monitor with a female RGB input on it and thus haven't been able to adequately test these cables. We tested one on an Amiga 1080 monitor which has the male RGB input (using a gender adapter) and couldn't get it to work but were not sure the gender adapter was functional or whether the cable is wired differently for Amiga monitors having the female RGB input. The packaging of these cables clearly indicates that the cable is for Amiga to RGB monitors though. Therefore, we are offering the cable at two different prices: For $17 we will guarantee that the cable works (if being used on an Amiga monitor requiring the cable to have a 9-pin male connector) or you can get a refund. For $12 we will sell the cable AS IS if you are not using it on an Amiga monitor which requires the cable to have a 9-pin male connector. Also, because the 23-pin connectors (like this cable has) are valuable by themselves (because they are somewhat difficult to find) some may want the cable just for the 23-pin female Amiga connector. Both the 23-pin and the 9-pin connectors on this cable can be disassembled fairly easily with a precision screwdriver and modified by you or your technician as needed.

23 pin female connector for Amiga (disassembled)

close up of 23 pin female connector for Amiga
23 pin female "D" connector. Actually this item is exactly the same item as the A-9 monitor cable mentioned above but we want to let you know that the 23 pin D connector on this cable can be easily taken apart with a small phillips screwdriver for those who need the connector to make their own customized cable for a different monitor. Obviously you will need to know the correct pinouts and have the proper connector for the other end so we don't accept responsibility if you don't do it right. We are only mentioning this as a possibility because we have heard from many of our customers how difficult it is to find a 23 pin connector like this that can be easily disassembled and reassembled. All of the pins have solder legs so this connector could be used for any application where it would fit. This connector is exactly the same size as a parallel printer port on a computer would be if the last pin on the top and bottom were absent. sold out

power cord
Fits many Commodore and Amiga monitors, printers, disk drives and many other devices. Also fits most PC compatible systems and monitors. Style and color may vary from photo. $7 ea. or 3 for $18

Sears, Amdek,
Panasonic monitor cable
Composite & RGB 8 pin (rectangular) to C-128. This unusual looking cable can be used for RGB (from a Commodore 128 or older style CGA PC) or composite (for Commodore 64/128/etc.) or both. This cable is ideal for both composite (40 column mode) and RGB (80 column mode) on the Commodore 128 using one of these compatible monitors. $17

Teknika MJ-22 monitor cable bundle

Includes both the 40 column split chroma/luma/audio cable (8-pin DIN male to 3 RCA male color coded connectors) and the rgb 80 column (8-pin DIN to 9-pin "D" male) video cable for the Commodore 128 going to the Technika MJ-22 monitor. New. Both cables are 4 ft. long. To our knowledge the rgb cable will not work with any other RGB monitor. However, the split chroma/luma/audio cable will work with Commodore brand monitors and a few other brands which have the split chroma and luma RCA inputs. Includes connecting instructions. Note: the RGB cable might be slightly blemished due to a slight bit of the ink from the instuctions smearing onto the cable a bit-- nothing major. sold out

8-pin DIN male connector to 9-pin "D" male 80-column only cable for Teknika MJ-22 monitor. May be slightly blemished. Not for any other monitor. New. 4 ft.
