New Night and Early Morning Tax Order Hotline:

Order Old Versions of Turbotax and TaxCut Software by calling our toll free order number 1-888-466-8084 (from within the continental U.S. only) during the early morning hours.

In addition to our normal daytime hours we now take live telephone orders for previous years tax software from 1:00 AM to 3:00 AM (Mountain Time Zone) most mornings. This is from 3:00 AM to 5:00 AM Eastern Time. If you call during these hours and the line is busy please wait 10 or 15 minutes and then call back because we may be helping someone else. If you call during these hours and get a recording we may be unavailable and you may need to order online or wait until later in the morning or afternoon to call.

We realize that tax filing requires many individuals to stay up at night preparing their late or revised tax returns. By ordering previous years tax software at this time you can feel confident that you have talked to a real and experienced tax sales person (in Salt Lake City) who can rush your shipment out same business day so you can spend the rest of the morning and day focusing on other cares.

Please limit calls to orders and serious inquiries only. Our staff during this time is limited to one person. We recommend that you review our selection and prices of our tax software on our main tax software page prior to calling to make sure that you can get the items you need at the prices you require. When you call we can consult with you breifly to help you make sure you get the correct tax software but if you aren't serious or are too confused about what you need we recommend that you take more time and order online or call us during our daytime hours. Orders placed via telephone during these early morning hours are subject to a 30% cancellation fee if cancelled later in the morning or afternoon but orders placed during our normal business hours or online are usually not charged a cancellation fee if cancelled prior to shipping.
